Welcome to Digi Zero Six! Before we dive into making your brand pop online, please take a quick sec to read through our Terms and Conditions. By working with us, you agree to the following:
1. Services
We provide digital marketing services including SEO, social media management, content creation, PPC campaigns, website design, and Development. The specific services will be outlined in your individual agreement or proposal.
2. Client Responsibilities
You’ll need to provide us with accurate info, timely feedback, and any content or materials required to keep the project moving. We can’t work magic without your input!
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within [30] days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments might get a little late fee (because bills don’t pay themselves, sadly). We’ll keep you in the loop about pricing and any extra costs upfront.
4. Project Timeline
We’ll set deadlines and milestones together. Keep in mind, timelines depend on your prompt feedback and approvals, so delays on your side might shift the schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
Once payment is complete, you own the rights to the deliverables we create specifically for you. We do reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, unless you tell us to keep it hush-hush.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your secrets and your brand. Anything you share with us stays between us, unless you say otherwise or it’s legally required to be shared.
7. Performance and Results
We hustle hard, but digital marketing isn’t an exact science. We can’t guarantee specific rankings, sales numbers, or viral hits. But we promise to use our skills and tools to get you the best possible results.
8. Termination
Either party can end the contract with [30] days’ notice. If you end early, fees for work already done may still apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do everything we can to protect your brand, but we’re not responsible for losses beyond the fees you’ve paid us. Basically, no crazy lawsuits, please.
10. Changes to Terms
We might update these terms sometimes, but we’ll let you know when we do. If you keep working with us after updates, that means you’re cool with the new rules
